Very nice cover. Meant to be used to drive chair in the rain. You have to be careful about leaving it on the chair while transporting on a lift, on a vehicle, with a complete chair cover over it. It can turn the chair on, and pressure on the joystick can make the chair try to move. Use it as intended and you won't have a problem. Well made.

Accurate description of item. safely packaged good communication from seller alerting me of the United States Postal Service issues creating a long delivery time of my item. Not the fault of the seller. Seller did a great job sending out my package within 24 hours of my payment. Shipping service by the United States Postal Service was horrible, it took them 5 days just to get the package out of NewYork, then my package spent 8 more days shipping around the state of Missouri, before delivery!
