Removed the stock quad core, same base core frequency, but more threads. Only running host 2019 data center with a few VMs, seems to be a decent power efficient sandybridge era cpu. Only had it up and running for a week thus far but I spun up a win10 VM for work -remote for a day and kept up for the most part. Cheap and efficient Xeon for less demanding server needs.

Took a low end dell R320 and extended its life for a low power ESXi lab. Installed the CPU and it boot right up. Love it!
