Bluebonnet makes a good Rhodiola for the price. Usually quality Rhodiola is on the expensive side. This product contains the right rosavins and salidrosides and even at 250 mg it still is a good value. Unfortunately its not freeze dried which would make it more expensive. Trying many brands over the years I'm convinced the freeze dried Rhodiola does make a difference and if you can find it, freeze dried at 500mg would be about the best. That being said Bluebonnet still ranks better then most.
