The tubes are VERY lightweight(78grams), which is usually the domain of latex tubes, which tend to leak down rather quickly. The Air Comp Ultra Lights hold their pressure very well and I've found I don't need to pump up daily, and can actually go several days between pump ups. They also contribute to a better ride, by being very supple. I like the smooth valve stems, as they don't chew up the pump valve gaskets. Last, they seem to be FAST!!! Thanks! Corky.

Tubes are so thin you can cut then with your bare hands. Require special careful installation. Not sure if its worth 20 grams of weight difference. I have no problem with the cost, it was reasonable.

Light weight tube with reasonable durability and puncture resistance. Probably not the best every day trainer tube but my choice for the tri bike where performance and speed matter.

Very light. However, the tube blew up after 5 miles at 100 psi. After the tire warmed up.
