I ordered this switch to replace another that had stopped responding to X10 commands after 25+ years of controlling a light fixture over the kitchen sink. The switch arrived promptly, in perfect condition, and soon had the light fixture back on schedule. Replacement installation was easy. An unexpected bonus is that the relay in the new switch is *much* quieter than the old one, which was loud enough to startle birds at the feeders on the deck on the other side of the kitchen wall whenever it switched on or off.
