The item we purchased arrived physically damaged in four places, which was chalked up to shipping damages, and also mechanically broken. We've been in touch with the seller, who has been responsive, but their effort to file an insurance claim doesn't help us when we need a functional fridge.

We have to abide by the instructions from the insurance company claim. We are hoping this will be settled soon and we can refund you. Until then the item has to remain in your posession until the claim is settled. This is completely beyond our control

Absurd and overpriced items! Every item has make offer! Seller had item listed for outrageous amount like most items on his site. I made offer online and he accepted then days later cancelled with no communication. I will inform eBay as well! After reading a few other negative reviews I see a trend starting again. Can’t go any lower than one star online otherwise I would!

It was not a few days after it was the very next day after your absurdly low offer. We Did send a message to you and then canceled the transaction and refunded because of the typo with the offer. and even in at the bottom of the cancellation, we put a note as to why. It was a typo. we had a glitch that made a typo in the counteroffer. So that is why it was canceled.. You offered 125.00 for a 1500.00 item I mean come on!
