The delay adjustment is not linear from 1 to 750 seconds. Instead it is more like a switch: you either get 3 seconds delay or several minutes (I did not wait for it to turn off after counting past 2 minutes). Seller confirmed this is expected behavior. Don't buy if you can't live with either of those 2 delay values.
