When it arrived on Wednesday, it was missing one of the top bows. I contacted the seller and within a few texts we had straightened out the issue and a replacement part was shipped. I'm not sure of the quality yet but I am satisfied with the customer service from the seller.

Tarp was to long and way wider for the beam then I expected. Hopefully the seller will have one that will fit better. I really like the way their tarps are made.
