Okay, there's no way this will do 250Watts, power is power and you can't get that through the input wiring without a melt down. But, it works great. If you have a low power system and a large form factor power supply can't be used and you don't want a crummy SFX form factor (those supplies are all awful) this is perfect. 12V bricks are readily available inexpensively. This worked perfectly, no noise, no RF.

Bought this cheap little thing for my low power mini itx board, I guess its not actually 250w, but more than enough to power a celeron with SSD and additional fan.

I' ve only used it on an ITX motherboard with an SSD drive and an Intel Celeron CPU. The power supply seemed stable under load. The maximum load sinked was about 15W so I haven't really stressed it but there was no need for that.

Was a little worried because the battery I'm using is rated at 12v but is actually pushing 13.4 fully charged. This power supply handled it with no issues.
