Item was not as authentic. They denied this, but w/ hesitation accepted my return. I returned the item in same box & condition it was sent. Then I get some obscure pictures from them with no explanation. The seller has opened a case w Ebay saying need confirmation the bag isn’t authentic. I bought the same bag in pink from eBay that IS AUTHENTIC & it’s clear that this one was not! Seller doesn’t accept returns, so this is a way to not refund me & I already returned their fake bag! Bad seller!!

    Very Pleased with thie Fire HD10

    Screen is only OK because of the shiny glare. Color and resolution is great. Sound is actually good and not as bad as some reviews say. Function is as fast as the Wi-Fi it's connected to. Operating system is a little clunky but very usable. I'm using it with a leather folding cover/stand which really enhances function. Get the glass screen protector not the plastic one. The 64GB version isn't worth the extra money. Just get the 32GB model and buy a 256GB card off eBay for $12. For the money, the Fire HD10 is a steal.

    Don’t buy

    I bought this because my iPad was running slow. I love the screen size but that’s about it. The App store is lacking. You cannot cast onto a TV it says initializing and you will never get connected. You can’t get Gmail unless you pay?????? I wish I could return it but it says No Returns. My mistake you get what you pay for.

    Didn't suit my needs, but it's still good.

    It wasn't good for my needs and my initial review reflected that. In less than a year, I switched to an i-Pad because it did everything I needed it to do. I gave the Fire HD to my mother who plays a lot of games. It was perfect for her - for about a year. But now she takes a lot of classes on zoom and FaceTimes with her friends and family. I switched her to the i-Pad just because it's what I use and I find it a whole lot easier. So, the Fire HD now stays docked in the kitchen and whenever we need a recipe, we ask Alexa to show us whatever recipe we need. It's great for that and anything else we want Alexa to show us. I especially enjoy watching cooking tutorials on this tablet because the video quality is awesome.

    I am happy with my purchase of the 7th gen. Fire.

    Haven't had it long enough to check out the battery life, but doesn't seem to last as long as advertised. The 7th gen seems to be much more advanced than my 2nd gen. Kindle fire. 7th gen doesn't seem to pick up wifi signals as well as the 2nd gen. Seems to have trouble locating signals at times. Screen color and clarity is very good, just as the 2nd gen is also.

    A great buy with a lot of use options.

    It has a lot of computer functions and alexa access. I bought a leather case with a bluetooth keyboard. I would not have needed the show mode stand whIch is about $50. The picture quality appears excellent. A keyboard and a bluetooth mouse really expands user control.
