    Great buy

    I was so happy with this product. It's a convenient way to thicken and add depth to many dishes with sauces; coq au vin, boef à la bourguignonne, etc. I add it to stuffing too. It's great value, keeps well and I'd heartily recommend it. I will always make sure I have some on hand in an airtight tin and I may even get round to making black pudding with it.

    I don't just use this product in sausages and black puddings I add it to meat stock to add taste and thickness to gravy mixes it is always supreme quality and with a bit of imagination very versatile,I'm a crazy cook I like to experiment and this product adds to virtually any cooked meat , wonderful stuff
