great customer support. pros: LED is very bright the frame is somewhat sturdy can adjust the lens position on the frame and LED rotation very cheap cons nothing to be honest. the shipping was the worst part, but it is expected from economic shipping.

Opened the package and tried to fold out the arms of the glasses... they were stuck in place, almost like they had been painted while assembled. I eventually found a small screwdriver and was able to loosen one side enough to fold the arm out. The other side I was a little more forceful with and it eventually opened as well. I tried them on and could see squat. I moved my hand towards my eyes and eventually got a clear view, but my hand was like a cm away from the lens. So close I can't imaging the lights even being able to illuminate anything. These were cheap so I'm gonna chalk it up to experience, but geez, at least make the magnification adjustable! Not even a focus adjustment!!

Very poorly designed, while the lens is clear and magnifies, it will need the item at less than an inch from it to see it! (practically past your nose!) and because of this, you cannot use both sides at the same time because the lenses do not converge like you would your eyes so only one side at the time can be used. Magnification is great but the distance to the work area/item is impractical for must items except small jewellery. I bought this for Motherboard work and I cannot get my face close enough to see it!

The focal distance is too short, this means the item to work must be at 2 or 3 centimeters (one inch), if you try this to soldering.... impossible. The item is not expensive, if you will used only for observe ok but for work is no good idea and is supposed that is the reason they move with you...

Focal Point of 20X is the end of your nose. Your nose has to be touching the object to have it in focus. What you see is so tiny you can't always even find the part you are looking for or can't make out what it is at that magnification. Maybe it's me, but I could not find any means of adjusting the focus. I have since ordered the set with multiple lens.
