    Sturdy OEM product

    Great OEM product, pretty easy to install (about 15 minutes max) with a hex screwdriver and a towel on the roof. Most multi attachment screwdriver sets you can purchase have a hex attachment in them. Probably almost nearly impossible if you used the hex wrench provided with the rails kit due to the angle. Product looks great and feels very sturdy, although I have yet to attach anything to it.

    Five Stars, but not for all uses

    I'm not delighted with the Mazda rack system. The roof rails have (as far as I know) only one option for cross bars. The Mazda cross bars are not adjustable fore and aft, and have a significant side-to-side curve that prevents anything flat (like a full-width cargo box) from being attached. Also, the rails are fairly wide, so you should verify that the attachments you plan on using will fit. If my CX-9 hadn't come with the roof rails, I would have been much happier with some low-profile feet that attach directly to the roof. But, if the side-to-side curve doesn't bother you, and you aren't carrying anything too long (like a kayak or stand-up paddle board) the factory racks don't create much wind noise and they look really good.

    Perfect fit and OEM part

    Product fits as expected for an OEM part for a 2018 Mazda CX-9. Installation instructions are easy to follow. The bolts attaching the crossbars to the car are tricky to reach with almost any tool but with attention to angles of the bolt it is relatively easy to complete.

    Roof rails and cross bars

    I was nervous ordering something like this off of eBay but decided to give it a try because the dealer wanted to charge me two times the price. The packaging was good and everything was clearly marked. All the parts were clearly labeled and the directions were easy to understand. I followed the directions and everything went together easily. This turned out to be an easy project and I am happy with the results, thanks!
