Combat makes great composite one-piece baseball bats. Massive sweet spot. Super smooth balance/feel. Composite construction means it will keep getting hotter the more it's used. I always look for deals on previous year models -- often the only difference is the paint job but you can save a LOT of money, even on NIW ones. Couldn't pass up the 31/21 Portent G3 SL I just bought even though it's a bit too long for my 9 yr old. Will have to wait a while for him to grow into it. He's swung a 28/16 Portent last season and it was a great bat.

Nice and hot fresh out of the wrapper. My son is stinging the ball. Can’t wait for season to start!

Great balanced bat with tons of pop and feel can't go wrong as a go to bat. No cons!!

My son is 10 years old, and has used this bat past 6 months. It takes a little while to break in but when it gets broke in its hot. He has hit 6 home runs in the past 4 tournaments! Great bat!!

It astounds me that these bats aren’t a hotter commodity. If you want an end loaded bat I get it, but there is no better balanced bat than Combat and these Portents are sick.
