Had problems with one of the links come off from where it should be. And it’s not fitting solid enough that it can be deattached by hands…the worst is that it come off while driving today which makes the suspension cannot be balanced!

Hello, did you try contacting us for support before leaving negative feedback? The heads have a secondary lock clip which prevents exactly what you are describing from happening. It would seem these were not installed correctly. If so, there is no possible way for the head to come off. It is a positive lock. We warranty all our product so if you are having an issue with a head we would be happy to take care of it. You can reach us at 813-868-1100. The # is also in the instructions. Mike
