I bought this book for my class at NYU, Introduction to Financial Accounting. I love this book. It covers all topics extensively and makes them very easy to understand with plenty of examples and highlights. It is a perfect addition to any financial accounting class. Even if you do not require this book, I recommend buying it as supplemental reading if you don't understand the material. Assets, Liabilities, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, everything is made easy to understand with this book. A+.
class requirement, but the book is really useful for the class and also its content explained the principal of accounting very well.
I like this book in general. It gives a pretty comprehensive guide to my accounting class ACCTG215 in UW. But I feet that it would be better if the subtitles under a topic were more clearly grouped. Also, the order of appearance of certain topics could be changed for more systematic understanding.
useful and clean, i like it. considtion is excellent, excellent,excellent....................................................................
Used this for a masters accounting class with Baker College. The book was great except that the one I got was the international version. Instead of referecing the US rules in all cases, it sometimes refernced Indian rules. Not much help when you live in the US.
