Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Solution Cookbook
After following the Dr. Phil Weight Loss Solution and successfully losing 80 pounds (and keeping it off for 2 years now) I was very happy when he came out with the cookbook. I have found all the recipes to be very good, easy to prepare, unique and not just another half a tomato with some cottage cheese type diet food, and I especially liked that many of the recipes in the book were also recipes he made on his TV show, just like Oprah does. The book does not have many pictures, which is its only downside in my opinion (we are SUCH visual eaters!) but the nutritional values are all excellent and on par for successful weight loss and maintenance. I have the book 2 thumbs up!
