This is a nice little welder for the price. There are some things to expect - such as that this is not a machine to use for sustained heavy use. Given the price and the pages shown in the user manual, that should be a given. It comes with short cables, about 3 feet long. The ground clamp is already attached to a cable; the rod holder needs to be attached to the other- a very simple procedure. The pictures show that the input power plug is missing, but mine came with a plug - a plug that fits standard U.S. 110VAC outlets. I guess those may be the standard configuration in some countries, but as this machine is designed for use with 220VAC, that could be a problem in the U.S. I simply wired a U.S. 220VAC plug onto mine, which I don't recommend doing unless you have knowledge in this area, which I do. I got it all configured and have done some welds with it - works well. The description includes TIG welding, but I don't think this machine can be used for that. A surprise that comes with it is a hand-held flat welding face screen with a rectangular welding lens. I would never use something like this, but it is an interesting item.
