Well it isn’t the quality of the product or the product itself . It’s the fact that they use fedex to deliver and fedex will claim something is delivered and even tell u where they left it but yet nothing has gotten left I’ve received 1 out of the 4 tires I ordered and they one that come came on a Sunday after I was sent that everything arrived on Friday prior.. but the one that I did get its exactly what I ordered

Item was listed at a price that was lower than it should have been, and instead of making their own mistake right and sending my order, the seller refunded me. I emailed and called them and they refused to make it right. I know some other people who ordered at this price did receive their order while I did not. Very unhappy with Discount Tire Direct, and they have lost a long time customer and prior employee. Do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
