Works great, and I like that fact that it is flexible but short, which makes it easy to use and less likely to get caught on things and break something.

Tried using it on my Turtle Beach Xbox headphones, and the sound comes through great as well as friends' mics. However, none of my friends can hear me. Everything is unmuted and all, but friends still cant hear me. Not sure whats wrong, but I wouldn't recommend. My friend bought the xbox official one for 30 bucks and it works fine. Might have to spend the money, but if someone wants to help me out, that would be great.

All my headsets have a standard 3.5mm TRS plug. The headphone jack on a BaoFeng F8HP will only accommodate a 2.5mm plug with the slenderest of profiles, so the size and 45-degree angle of the 2.5mm male on this adapter were most appealing. The (allegedly 3.5mm) female end is another story. Not only is it extremely tight--feels more like 3.45mm--but a standard 3.5mm TRS plug of reasonable quality (e.g., Sony) doesn't connect properly once fully inserted. To hear both channels at the same time, one must listen carefully for simultaneous ring-tip contact while backing out the plug about a 1/16". Even when two-channel audio is achieved thru fiddling, there's never a sense of a reliable mechanical connection. So, if you're lured as I was by this adapter's compact exterior, just be advised its electromechanical specs are not as advertised.Read full review

I have a Panasonic phone. Needed a replacement adaptor to plug a headset into it. This looks like a quality product but it did nor work with my phone. Could hear through one channel (ear) but other channel and mic. did not work through this adaptor. No use to me.

Tried connecting this to my Xbox 1 controller so I could connect my headset, but it did not work. I'm assuming I received a defective one, but not entirely sure. Overall, I am not satisfied with this product.
