Arrived quick and worked as advertised. Clearance is a little dodgy for some 2.5" drives though, like the IBM WDS280 drives used in old Apple PowerBook 145B laptops. A short little male to female SCSI cable may be necessary to make some drives work and would be a good item to bundle in with this product.

Ship pack and price great. No info on jumper? Laptop drive plug is barely reachable by location of male idc on drives needs to stand off pc board 1/8 inch more. not sellers fault. This on Quantum Go Drives and the IBM Apple that I have, is connecting though.

Snug fit but great and functional adapter!
This adapter let me plug an old Quantum Daytona GoDrive into a modern desktop PC. It’s the only adapter of its type I’ve found for sale anywhere! That said, the board is very small, and the cables have trouble all fitting, especially the power cable. Once you get it connected it works great though! Pin 1 is marked and mates to pin 1 on the cable (usually marked by a red wire on the ribbon). If your cable is keyed, the key will go on top like any typical 50 pin SCSI drive. Plug the drive in label side up as well! Connecting it upside-down can destroy the drive. This adapter let me plug an old Quantum Daytona GoDrive into a modern desktop PC.
