I love all the Jenny Craig cookbooks. They have a wide range of recipes that meet your needs for anything from a simple breakfast to a fancy dinner party. Her recipes are tried and true and I haven't tried even one that I didn't like. I am not even a client of Jenny Craig and do not need to lose weight. These recipes are healthy and include all the nutrition information for those who do need to keep tabs on fat, calories, sodium and sugar. They include diabetic exchanges as well. She includes tips throughout the books on entertaining, making your cooking time easier and tricks to cut calories and fat. The way I found out about these cookbooks was from my friend, who is a Jenny Craig consultant, who showed them to me. After I saw a few recipes, I had to have one. I was looking for some "new" diet recipes; however, found this book to be old and outdated. Not interested in the recipes at all. I agree with one of the other reviewers who said that the recipes in this book were not for everyday home cooking. Sorry.....I don't like giving bad reviews, but this book was a disappointment and a waste of money for me.
perfect recipies, very easy to follow and feed the whole family with. Just the best cookbook I have used.
The book is great and in perfect shape. The recipes taste great. They are well organized and have enticing pictures.
Almost all of the recipes are using the Jenny Craig products, which I don't have access to, but it would be very useful if you had the JC products and could use them in the recipes.
