Okay, so normally I don't go for things like the old "Dime on the end of a roll" lure, but it was so crisp looking I just had to bid on it. So I win the bid, and just under a week later the roll arrives. First the wheat pennies that were lined up behind this amazing dime, they were for the most part 40's and 50's, but there were also a few teens, 20's and 30's which included a very week struck 1926d, so that in and of itself made the roll pretty decent. Okay, so I saved the best for last. The Mercury dime, it is a beauty. AU+ , what a lovely coin it is. So, has this great roll of pennies with a dime on the end changed my fear of going for rolls like this? Could be....
