The 1943-P Nickel is one of the most common of the War-Time "Silver" Nickels. Gem examples abound, with a large population at the MS-66 level, and with a substantial percentage showing Full Steps. Be sure to look for the 1943/2 Overdate or the 1943 Doubled Die Obverse, which can sometimes be found unattributed.
I bought one of these and it was shipped really quickly, but the condition is not as great as expected. Instead of very fine, expect very good to fine condition. Not bad though! May buy again sometime!

A very unique coin! Excellent addition to my growing collection. It is now my TOP error coin. Way better in person than in photo. 1943 plus 35% silver plus crack line error. A lot going for this coin.

This is the only USA nickel to contain silver. It is not the rarest coin, but it is beautiful. A good coin to buy and hold for some time (i.e., plan on giving it to your grand kids.. These nickels have very pronounced mint marks.
