What I love about this PDA is that it came with a Sandisk 128MB WiFi/storage card(Type 1) which fits into the expansion slot. I've managed to connect to internet and there are still applications available to run on Pocket PC 2001. The main weakness is that the 565 only has 32MB of RAM and runs out if you run too many programs. This particular purchase didnt come with the CD, containing all the HP extras, so when I tried to sync with Activesync on USB it didnt work. No CD also means I cant unload the HP programs since reloading requires the CD. Activesync works fine using the IrDa and serial ports, but I had to buy a USB IrDa adapter for the PC and a serial cable to do so. Another plus on this purchase was it came with 2 extended capacity batteries.
This is a really neat little handhelp pc/pda. I am still learning how to use everything. But so far I like it! Sturdy and all. You will need a bluetooth ready pc to use wirelessly. Or just order a bluetooth dongle when you get this. Browse the internet from anywhere in your home then. Or read, write and send emails! I just love mine, so far! You can also use it where they have wireless internet on the go, like Mickey D's or StarBucks. All in all, it's worth getting. Manuals are hard to find...so be prepared to search. I found mine here... http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=63922&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=&lang=&cc=us
