The battery indicator on mower only worked when the mower suddenly shut off, after 20 minutes of using. Batteries were still fully charged, so when the mower finally restarted, ran for less than 5 minutes and quit again and wouldn’t restart. Next day same thing, ran for 5 minutes and wouldn’t restart. DeWalt just gave me a case number, no one to help with troubleshooting. I checked manual throughly and couldn’t figure out why mower continued to shut off after a few minutes, so returned mower.

The only con I have against DEWALT 2 x 20V MAX 21-1/2 in. Push Lawn Mower (DCMWP233U2), is that it only runs when there are 2 batteries attached. So you can't charge one and use the other battery at the same time. Everything else about this mower is good!
