A little frustrated at first because the pictures for the LED strip that I bought show that the arrows on the strip and controller have to line up. This did not work for me. Then on comparing the photos, it looks like the controller that I was sent has the arrow on the opposite polarity to what is shown in the picture. So I reversed the plug so that the arrows don't line up and the LED strip worked fine. I did receive the item quickly which was great.
