      Cut aluminum and plastic all day with these. I use them to cut sheet metal and they last a long time 5052 Aluminum: 18K RPM, 20-25 IPM, 1/16" DOC, WD-40 as coolant. Will cut all day. Plastic is even easier. Just send 'er in at max RPMs and like .001-.005 ipt no problem
