She told me it is filled with practical advise (not like most keytone diet books of today have). the book has practical, inexpensive recipes that so many (like us) can afford to buy (again, unlike the rich class books have). They are tasty recipes, I might add! Great book. Recommended. No nonsense on the usual "fatty toxins" garbage other books have and none of the foolishness on "be certain it is organic" (translation: super jet-set expensive, for the upper crust elite only...in other words, the newest fad).

Carbs can be good for you but you need to limit how much you eat of it. There are all knids of good & bad items added to our food everyday we just have o look at what is in the food we are eating & not just look at it & say looks good enough for me. I like recipes that motivate you to watch what you eat & not in some many words tell you what you are doing is wrong & that this is the all time recipe that is the best. The are different recipes out there & not all are for everyone's taste. This book is very informative on quick minute recipes that are lower in carbs than most.
