Bought these to use for practice to save wear and tear on expensive sticks. They are very light and might be good for playing rock in a venue that requires you to play exceptionally quiet. The sticks are straight and are not warped. I opted buying Aquarian nylon sticks for practicing; they felt more like the weight I usually use.(808 promark, and 5A Vater) These would be great for small children. In fact i am going to give them to a band teacher.

My plan was to paint the sticks. These are unfinished meaning no paint or gloss coat. I wanted this option. I will paint my color and pattern then clear coat. Pretty good stock.

Basic 5A sticks, about half weight of an oak stick, wood tip, cheap and perfect for my practice needs . At about $2 per pair , a great value if you’re not overly fussy .

I thought they were too light at first but after playing them I love it they're great for an inexpensive stick. I usually play a slightly longer stick. these are standard but I like them
