I assume these weren't in original packaging. However they were packed very well and was the full complete set I was looking for. I needed to replace some 20 year old Malibu lights. The connections on these were shorter than the originals (these go only to the bottom of the stake) and the original cable was about a foot down. I'm handy enough and have a soldering gun so I extended the connections a bit. My wife thinks the rings have different spacing on some but I don't see it. One lens did have an extra slot for a ring. Not sure why. Might be a a slightly mixed set. After installing them though it totally changed the look of our back yard.

Can't get them to work. Will have to wait on someone who can help me. Was disappointed that the wire and transformer was not included in the price. Too much trouble to send them back but will not be ordering anything else from ebay. When I put the plugs into the wire they do not work so I am waiting on a friend who is an Electrician to come and see if he can get them to work. Sorry I spent the money on them. The quality is ok.

They match the existing lights I have. I don't like the LED lighting that everyone is selling now. My biggest complaint is the weak stake system . They break very easily, so now I just stick them back in the ground without the stake. The incandescent lights are getting hard to find..

I have used these for years and they have stood up well under less than perfect weather conditions. (Pine cone barrages and fallen limbs during high wind storms) However, I didn't use the plastic stake to insert them into the ground. I needed them higher and used a short 1/2" re-bar stake. I also exchanged out the connector. The main reason I purchased the lights were for the quality of the lights themselves which is very good for the price.

For the price, a real bargain for the "Do It Yourselfer" verses hiring a professional. The lights are sturdy, well made with the only exception being the plastic ground stake. I swapped out the plastic stakes in favor of a 12" piece of 1/2" rebar. I have used them for years with no problems. The light holds up very well in a constant barage of pine cones and pesky high winds noted for the Pacific Northwest. The only time I have had to replace them is when a tree limb crushed several of the lights. I also swaped out the 7 watt bulb in favor of a 4 watt bulb enabling me to add more lights without exceeding the total wattage recommended for the transformer.
