I'm actually using this to block flooding when it rains super heavy. I laid it across our rear concrete area, near are walk up basement. It acts like a sand bag but is way easier to fill then a sandbag, and is long enough to reach both sides, where water can build during a storm. I am going to leave it there all year round. And it will work great for the edge of inground pool covers, that dont have the fasteners on the side. Great product and price.

But if it wasn't, I'm not sure it would hold water tightly.

Tube caps are too large and will not close. Not my first rodeo when it comes to water tubes. Some are hard to close at first. These are impossible. Cap / male OD is too large for female ID and even with a hammer you can't make it close.

Awesome pool water tubes! In covering pools since 1993 these are the best water tubes I’ve ever used!
