A tiny bit challenging if you've never done yoga, but completely do-able. I love the instructor (she also does a great Pilates DVD). A great introduction to yoga. I got another "beginner" yoga DVD and it was horrible - assumed you knew all the terms and basic positions. This one does not and takes you through the basics nicely.
I find that most of the workouts in the DVD are a bit challenging for beginners, but I like them very much. I feel that they give me a good stretch and tone my muscles, which is what I am looking for. At the same time, the workouts also elevated my heart rate and made me sweat (particularly the Burn, Buns and Thighs, and Abs sections).

Not bad for a quick session of yoga, though some of the moves were hard and too fast paced. Good for someone who already has some idea of what yoga is about. I like that you can pick and choose which ten minute sessions to use, and put them in order. All of the 10 minute workout tapes are pretty cool.
