The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.

Exactly as described, met all expectations after opening the box and activating the phone to confirm. Shipping was very fast. Communication was timely, although answers to questions about the product were rather vague. Customer service assured easy returns if needed, and even honored the lower price when the price dropped a few days after ordering.

For the price it's a good deal. Wrapped in black plastic garbage bag and sent (pic 1 & 2)! I suppose considering what the item is, that works. 58 inches? Not. See last pic. The real negative is seller used the useless FedEx. FedEx screwed up and missed the delivery, then sat on it another two days claiming "high volume" of shipments with no delivery date in sight, ...until I started cussing at the FedEx person once I got them on the phone the "3rd time" and demanded delivery. FedEx... useless.
