  Hello....Seller did a great discount on purchased item, so I had to buy it. Shipping took a little long due to shipping issues in China. But once it was shipped, I received it fairly fast. So no complaints there. When contacted, response time was within 24 hrs. Item arrived in original smallrig bag with an Allen wrench included. The shoulder pad is of good solid construction and padding is thick soft and confortable. It also came with a 15mm rod clamp attached to it. Thank you.Happy 2022!
