  I was missing a functioning battery upon receiving the product, but this was information given to me beforehand, as the store had realized their mistake upon shipping the item. They then were very friendly and streamlined in trying to get me a replacement battery for the item. A little disappointed in receiving a less-than-functioning battery within the product but the client service was stellar and left nothing to be desired. Hopefully the refund that was provided is enough for a replacement.
