A simple pdf
This is a pdf version of this very large cookbook. I didn’t realize how much I use the intuitive features of the online amazon book purchases like clicking on a chapter. This book is very long and therefore requires a lot of flipping through pages to get to the recipe you want. If you don’t mind flipping then buy this. I’d pay an extra $6-$10 next time to be able to click on a bolder line to get to a page.
