Great read, very informative, helping you to understand you meds
ATTN retards. And by that I mean my well intentioned but somewhat misinformed so called prepers, If you have the where withall, the resources,and ability to stockpile the five to ten most desirable antibiotics, and already know that some of them can last 80 to 100 % efective well over three to eleven years past thier expiration date. DONT BE STUPID. YOU NEED ONE OF THESE PERIOD. You need to be well informed about what you might be tempted to do if your world came crashing down from any catastrophic event, and the information in this book can inform you of some really bad things that can happen, by just following your natural instincts to just try to help someone out, if there are no docs or nurses around, I understand that things can go wrong and people will die, but worse, if a caring but misinformed, untrained, regular joe is set on giving someone somthing that he found in an abbandoned house or clinic, this is a VERY informative book. In my oppinion rivals the old PDR in ease to understand and with many references. This along with a physicians desk reference could very well allow you to at least be informed about Anything involving medications for the sick or elderly and what those meds are intended to do, and how and why they work or will damage or kill you this is a great little book I know of no LPN that does not have one, but if you are determined to make it on your own in any disaster that you can dream up, then I trust that you will quickly find this more valuable that 5000 rounds of ammo if one of your loved ones comes down with a bad infection and your out looking for medication. I am a firm believer in letting the body fight it naturally, but hey in a disaster like any one of the ones you can dream up and prepare for. come on you know it is just stupid to try to self medicate. but if you had to, well you really need this pocket size little book that could make all the difference in the world, even if you lucked out and found just an E M T around to help out still BIG difference VERY HELPFULL VERY INFORMATIVE LITTLE LIFESAVER HIGHLY RECOMENDED LITTLE BOOK FOR ANYONE THAT JUST WANTS TO KNOW MORE ABOUT WHAT THE MEDS THEY ARE ON, WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHY. WHAT THEY ARE FOR AND WHAT THEY ARE NOT FOR, WHEN THEY CAN HELP AND WHEN AND WHY THEY WILL HARM YOU. AND A GREAT READ
