SECOND SIGHT BY WILLIAM TAPPLY
Sadly, Tapply has passed on and there are only three books in this series. ONce again, well crafted stories, I found that each chapter ended with enough enticement to keep me reading further...in other words, HARD to put down!
Great characters, wonderful descriptions and atmosphere.... WIsh there were more!

I'd recommend this book to anyone who likes a good mystery.
IF you like easy summer reading, adventures with beach and island life, well, this is a great book to read. Unfortunately, Phil Craig passed on a few years ago. This is a great series. There are lovable characters, and great descriptions of Martha's Vineyard and what goes on there at different seasons. I personally would like to live there as the 'hero' of the books does: J.W. Jackson as his life on the island sounds great.
I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys a pleasant easy read with some nifty detective work and adventure thrown in.

Vineyard Enigma by Philip Craig
I wish Phil Craig were still alive to write more Vineyard mysteries.... great situations, great visual locations described... and always a happy ending! With great recipes at the end of each of his books!
