Bad reply

I made an offer as it stated to see if they would sell for less they excepted but I sent them a message to say that because it doesn't work correctly and the head phones don't work I no longer wanted the item but they have not replied to me at all and I have tried to cancel the order and been told I can't!! I DONT WANT THE ITEM AT ALL NOW
