I've spent many years working as a freelance architectural photographer and designer-builder. As a seller on ebay, my policy is based on the Golden Rule and that is reflected in my feedback.

Helps but doesn't stick to controller properly
Pro: Provides some damping which helps control.
Con: Plastic ring doesn't stick to adhesive backing very well -- could be due to manufacturer not having properly cleaned off mold release compound prior to applying 3M double-stick adhesive, which holds well to controller. Edges are a bit rough, not well finished.

Wrong 250V voltage.
This was made for 250V power source, so it's strange they are selling these to the U.S. Other vendors indicate they will ship the appropriate voltage type for the destination location, but these guys evidently don't know. The male plug is 3 prong and the female is 2 conductors, and both don't work with U.S. standard 120V power. I would cut them off and replace them if I thought it would work, but I'm not sure the dimmer would function properly.

Correction and additional
Correction: the bottom panel is a slab of soft vinyl, however I turned the bag inside out and there is a cloth liner. I added a disk of cardboard to stiffen the bottom.
Additional: the top closure fastens with an adjustable strap and an overly large plastic clip fastener that's a bit too hard to release. This appears to be an older model of fastener -- the newer ones are not so stiff. The adjustable strap is made of polyester and it slips easily through the fastener so the top flap slackens much too easily and is not held tightly to the body of the bag.
