Careful thorough packing, but took 13 days from order date to arrive, a bit slow. Price very reasonable & looks great. Main issue was in description: clock said to be working perfectly, which was inaccurate--several glitches getting it started, a disconnected wire, & the chime never sounds exactly on the hour. But thanks to seller's helpful detailed advice, it now runs OK! Thank you!
