Inner Defense--good stuff
Pros: If you feel the "sinus" or "body ache" coming on, start taking for about 4 days. This combination seems to assist your body in fighting off these sicknesses.
Cons: Kind of pricey, and you'll definitely reflux and taste the contents. It's kind of weird, but "burping" lavender isn't that bad.
I'd recommend it.
