Take 32 samples when reverse engineering and use the average!
Had to trim it to fit into the DeWalt drill and charger.

Removes sloppyness
It takes the play out of the original linkage and easily allows for one to adjust the pointer to align with the positions on the shift indicater

Didn't Work
