Total disappointment

I bought 8 sets of these for myself and family. Was so excited. They have the perfect amount of light. However. They DoNot come on by themselves. It is terrible to have to drag a ladder out and climb up to turn them on when you want them to work. Says turns on at dusk. DOES NOT UNLESS DONE MANUALLY. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER EITHER ON PROBLEM!!! DONT BUY
