Useless

Sound cuts in and out. Soundbar will only connect via an optical cable. Bluetooth, coaxial, and headphone connections do not produce any sound. I even tried top-shelf wires, and none worked except the optical, however, the sound constantly cuts in and out. I tried factory reset, no luck. The soundbar is useless.
