I just got it today and already I don't like it. Too restrictive on what you can shred. Not really a cross cut shredder, just a regular shredder.

Unsatisfactory
It keeps clogging up, difficult to use. Liquid comes out in a stream, not a spray.

Excellent Product
Better than expected. Good size and pretty sturdy. I won't have to wirry sbout the bottom falling out.
