It’s a very nice pan, but too heavy for some folks.
This is good for people who like sort of heavy pans. Personally, I find pan is very good quality and is easy to season. But I did buy it for my wife and I’m wondering why it has such a heavy handle and why it’s made of wood. This makes it difficult for some women to use and impossible to place in the oven. If you’re not in that category of people, I highly recommend this for easy, one-person meals.
