Well Designed and Engineered
Had a chance to use this when I got a flat last week and I was really impressed with the product. I've never used a CO2 inflater before and kind of expected to lose lots of pressure but the Lezyne trigger worked wonderfully. The trigger sealed perfectly to the presto valve which never seems to happen with traditional pumps. No pressure was lost at all! The only problem I had was that towards the end of inflating the tube, the trigger became so cold that it pretty much froze up and stopped inflating. Next time I have to do this, I will stop halfway through inflating and let the trigger warm up and then continue.
The 16g cartridge inflated a 700c x 23 tire perfectly, maybe not to full 110psi but very close. I still had a little left in the cartridge but I was happy with the pressure and just wanted to get home.
All in all, the Lezyne inflator worked very well. I didn't expect it to work as well as it did. It seals perfectly to the presto valve and is easy to control the pressure. It is very well made and only takes up as much room as absolutely necessary and is aesthetically pleasant as well. Very impressed and recommend every cyclist have one in his bag because a puncture is positively coming your way at some point.
