relieves my foot pain

I suffer from bad foot pain at night at different times either on my heel or the front of my foot and sometimes both. This is the only thing I have found that relieves that pain. I would say just don't get it on your hands and rub your face or anything else cause it burns. But it is great for what it is intended for and I can't find it where I live.
